“What’s your plan!“.
Yuan followed Declan as they travelled back to Black Ridges Pack in their wolf forms.
They have been running for a couple of hours now. They barely stopped for breaks and just continued running, their large paws breaking through the earth as they ran non–stop to get back to their pack
After that confrontation. Declan just fell silent, but Yuan knew better than to nick his Alpha off. Declan was a ticking bomb, and Yuan knew that he wouldn’t restrain from showing how mad he had gotten after hearing what Lauren had to say.

Yuan has never seen Declan that hurt in a long time. The last time he saw his best friend like that was five years ago. Which was still about Lauren.
He had no idea what happened between the two. All he knew was that Lauren and what was left of the Blue Mountains Pack was taken by Harry Declan then became Alpha, and it was the last time he saw Lauren and him together–not just in an event, but in everything
He knew something was up, but he just knew Declan was not in his right mind at that time. Nor Lauren was. She was grieving.
He tried visiting Black Ridges Pack as often as he could, but as a training Alpha at that time, he barely had any time unlike before.

Yuan could only shake his head in confusion. He always knew there was something going on between Declan and Lauren. They both were just in denial since they were young.

Yuan slowed down and heaved a deep sigh. Both he and his wolf were feeling the work that they have been doing these past few days. It was more than just playskcal exhaustion, il was more un inental.

His mother and Nana Gretta were able to get themselves out of danger and seeing that they were in no shape to lead their pack, they synonymously decided to let Declan take over, sering that he was more than capable to lead them.
As the heir to that pack, Yuan was immediately Alpha, but he let Declan lead him and his people, which Declan resisted at first. He said he just wanted to help them recover, but Yuan feared the enemies might a ome again and they won’t be able to survive anymore. So Berlan agreed to merge their territories and made Yuan his new Heta.
It all started with them that year. Then the vampires just never stopped and it became a mission to both Declan and him to help the parks all on their land–which is contrary to what people thought Declan was doing

Yuan started walking towards his home. He also needed rest after that long hours of running. He couldn’t even feel hungry at this point, he just wanted to lay down and sleep.
But as usual, his Beta position demanded more of him.
“Beta Yuan!” someone called, sounding urgent.
I guess being an Alpha of a smaller pack is much easier than being Beta to this. This is basically running a kingdom already” Yuan sighed and turned to the running soldier.
“Beta, reports from the East packs have noted that some Vampires still lurked around their territories.”

“How’s Alpha Vlad? Did he face any difficulties?” He asked as he continued walking towards his home.
As soon Yuan stepped inside his house, he shifted back into his human form and took some parts on the pile that he left on the sale.
“Alpha Vlad is stable. He hasn’t woken up yet. The Vampires also didn’t penetrate the pack. But I already had all the soldiers tighten each entrance and exit.”
“Good. But I’ll need you to send another batch to double security. We need Alpha Vlad to be safe until he wakes up. We might get some important information from him about all of this.”
“Yes, Beta” Jerome bowed. The man was older than him and Declan, but despite his age and experiences, he followed authority properly and more than willing to do his job.
“But right now, I’ll need you to come with me to the packhouse. We e need to report this to the Alpha. And he will be giving you some instructions regarding our new arrangement with Rocky Mountains Pack.”
Yuan and Jerome immediately started walking out of his house towards the packhouse.
The grounds were filled with people, as busy as usual. Black Ridges Pack became a main city for all of the werewolf packs out there, as it became their main land. Their territory has expanded throughout the North, making it a one single pack that operates in the very heart of the Black Ridges
“Wouldn’t the arrangement just be the same as the others?” Jerome frowned. Yuan tapped him on the back. “No. This is going to be very different.”
Confused, Jerane followed Yuan towards the parkhouse where Declan was
