“What the hell? How dare you act like a pervert here?” Seeing that Chase had fainted, the security guard named Austin Barrett put the electric baton away.
“Asshole,” the other security guard named Logan Ross agreed, spitting at Chase on the ground.
After cursing at Chase for a while, the two tall and strong security guards looked at Brynn with concern. “Mrs. Johnson, are you all right?”
Brynn shook her head weakly. “I’m fine. Thank God you came in time, otherwise I—”

Austin took out his phone to call the police, while Logan went to get a blanket for Brynn. “It’s cold at night. Take this.”

They waited with Brynn for the police, who arrived shortly after.
As soon as the police arrived, Austin and Logan eagerly began to recount Chase’s behavior before Brynn could even speak. “Sir, please arrest this man. If we hadn’t arrived in time, he would have gotten away with it‘

“People like him have a classic revenge–driven personality. He needs to be severely punished, or more people will suffer because of him in the future.”
Austin and Logan spoke one after another, leaving Brynn and the police unable to get a word in edgewise.

An hour later, Brynn finally finished giving her statement and walked out of the police station.
She had two missed calls from Victoria Just as she was about to call back, she saw Austin and Logan walking out after giving their statements.
Brynn walked to them and sincerely thanked them again. “Thank you so much. I’m beyond words to express my gratitude”
They smiled and said, “It was our duty to protect the residents.”
