Chapter 141
Gary looked serious. He glanced around before lowering his voice. “Mrs. Johnson, do you know him?”

Seeing that Gary knew something, Brynn’s eyes lit up. “My teacher told me.” Brynn didn’t hide it. “So, Mr. Buckman, do you know who he is?”
Hearing that Brynn had learned the name from the Divine Doctor, Gary breathed a sigh of relief. However, when he talked about Eric, his tone became heavy again.
“Eric was the former dean of Panacea Medical School and the founding principal of this school.” As Gary spoke, he fell into
memories.
He said, “He was very skilled in traditional medicine and had a great reputation in the community, but unfortunately-
He let out a long sigh.
Brynn couldn’t help but ask, “What happened?” She couldn’t stand him leaving things half–said.
Gary said, “Unfortunately, he was in a car accident five years ago and became a vegetative patient. He still hasn’t woken up.”
Hearing that, Brynn’s heart sank. The only clue she had found was that Andrew had been in contact with Eric before the accident. She didn’t expect that Eric would have had an accident even earlier than Andrew.
Brynn felt that these accidents happened too coincidentally. She had a vague feeling that the accident involving Eric and the death of Andrew must be related. There was probably a big conspiracy behind it.
“I’m sorry to hear that.” Brynn sighed deliberately after she came to her senses. “I heard Mr. Scott mention him before, and I admired him very much. I didn’t expect such an accident to happen.”
Hearing Brynn’s words, Gary didn’t have any doubts. He also sighed. “Yeah.”
Gary shook his head gently. “If Mr. Scott hadn’t disappeared and Eric hadn’t become a vegetative patient, traditional medicine wouldn’t have fallen to where it is.”
The more Gary talked, the more regretful and angry he became.
Hearing that, Brynn vaguely felt that she had grasped a clue, but it was too subtle to draw any conclusions from.
“You don’t even know how traditional medicine has been ridiculed all these years.” Gary shook his head. “Fortunately, you are here now. It can finally rise again.”
As he spoke, he looked at Brynn expectantly. “Mrs. Johnson, are you sure there’s nothing you need?”
Brynn shook her head. “I’m fine. Thank you, Mr. Buckman.”
After rejecting Gary’s kindness again, Brynn returned to her office.
After Gary was out of sight, she took out her phone and found the contact information of her senior, Andy, whom she hadn’t contacted for a long time.
The call was answered quickly. Before Andy could speak, Brynn lowered her voice and said, “Andy, I need you to help me investigate what happened five years ago with Eric.”
Brynn paused with a serious look. “I suspect that his accident is related to Mr. Scott’s death.”
Hearing Brynn’s words, Andy couldn’t help but sigh. “Mr. Scott told me before he passed away that he didn’t want you to continue the investigation. Why do you put yourself in danger?”

Chapter 141
“Don’t try to talk me out of it. Brynn clenched her fists. “I had to give up on finding out the truth before because i did want to drag the Everett family down, but now I have nothing to worry about
If she couldn’t figure out the truth of Andrew’s death, she wouldn’t have peace for the rest of her life.
Andy asked. “What about your poor husband? Aren’t you afraid of putting him in danger?”
Hearing Andy mention Dominic, Brynn fell silent. After a long pause, she said, “If it really comes to that, I’ll find a way t keep him out of it.”
She meant divorce.
