Christopher shot Theodore several meaningful glances, hoping he would speak up and say a few words to help. He had wanted to ask Tobias to persinde Elara to return to Capitol University because he believed that with Elara’s abilities, she would become a shining symbol of the university.
However, Tobias was far too proud. He would never lower self to persuade Elara.
Theodore was seated next to Elara, his handsome face bringing with armusement. He was unblinkingly focused on Elara’s profile. It was as if he couldn’t get enough of staring at her.
Christopher cleared his throat twice, reminding Theodore of his presence.
The peerlessly handsome man lazily looked at Christopher with an ley gaze.
“I support Elara’s decision.
Elara whipped her head around, staring at him in surprise.
Theodore leaned forward. He propped his face on one hand, his elbow resting on the table. In his dark eyes, only Elara’s reflection remained.

Elara held the only bowl she had saved and said, “I saved your bowl.”
He had picked her up without hesitation, carrying her away from the shards
The sudden memory struck his heart like a blow, causing his entire body to tense. The sharp, chiseled lines of his face grew even more severe as if carved from stone.
The female server crouching at his feet noticed a few drops of red wine splattered on his expensive leather shoes. Instinctively, she reached out, intending to wipe them off.
Niamh, who had been casually chatting and bonding with an up–and–coming business elite, instinctively turned toward the sound.
She saw several broken wine glasses at Harvey’s feet and a female server.
Niamh instantly went on alert. The next moment, her eyes widened. Wasn’t the woman, who was kneeling at Harvey’s feet and apologizing repeatedly, the very same lounge hostess she had arranged through Glory

Entertainment for Harvey’s divorce party?
It was this lady who resembled a delicate flower. She seemed timid, yet it made men want to protect her. Why did she always manage to cause such a commotion in front of Harvey? She was definitely trying to get his attention. Niamh’s internal alarms blared louder. She quickly turned to the business elite she had just been networking with and said, “Excuse me for a moment.”
