Chapter 238
A bright smile spread across Elara’s face.
“Today, I returned to the track driving Corona. I revealed my identity because I want to show everyone that even as a mother, I can still shine on the racetrack.
“As long as you press the accelerator, face every challenge without fear, and move forward, it’s never too late!”
Niamh placed one hand on her hip, her mouth hanging opes as she blinked in disbelief. “How could you possibly be Luna?”
This had to be a joke! Was Elara seriously trying to impersonate Luna?
“She is
Luna!”
A deep male voice suddenly rang out. Niamh turned toward the source and saw that it was Harvey who had spoken. She was stunned, all while panic creeping over her.
“Harvey, have you been fooled by her too…!
Harvey clenched his fists, and the veins on the back of his hands bulged. For the past few minutes, even after the race had ended, he had remained in a state of utter disbelief
Wave after wave of shock crashed over him, leaving him completely unprepared, disoriented, and exposed. But no matter how chaotic his emotions were, he had to face the reality that Elara was Luna.
“I watched her get into Corona with my own eyes. I watched her race down the track at full speed.
“She is Luna!” His voice trembled slightly as he forced out the words.
The surrounding noise faded into silence. Harvey’s declaration struck Niamh like a bolt of lightning, reverberating in her mind, which had gone completely blank. She was utterly shocked, and she instinctively rejected the truth
“That’s just impossible..” she muttered, still refusing to believe it.
“Mommy!” Merida bounced excitedly as she ran toward Elara.
“Mm!” Xavier also dashed toward her.
Elara crouched down, and the two children dove into her arms like baby swallows returning to their nest. Not far away, Beau stood frozen as he watched the scene unfold.
His entire body felt stiff. His legs were as heavy as lead, making it impossible to take even a singep forward.
He stared at Elara in her racing suit. Even now, he couldn’t reconcile the fact that Luna and Elara were the same
person.
Beau pouted and shouted in anger, “Why did you lie to me?
Elara lifted her gaze to him. The reporters also turned their attention to Beau. Now that all eyes were on him, he felt even bolder to vent all the frustration in his little heart.
“You’re a bad mom! You lied to me! You’re Eucon’s number–one female racer, and you never told me! I talked to you that time on the mountain, but you ignored me!”
Elara simply asked, “Why should I have told you?”
Beau huffed, cheeks puffed out in frustration. “If I had known earlier. If I had just known earlier… I–I wouldn’t
have hated you!”
His big, round eyes welled up with glistening tears, ready to spiller inte scrunched together he was clearly on the verge of an emotional metidoren.

Elara’s voice remained calm as she responded, “So, if I hadfold you sooner that I was Luma, you would face lit me more? is that it?”
“Mm……..” Beau mumbled a vague response,
“I had nothing if I were just an ordinary, unremarkableman would that meant wasn’t worthy of being your mother?”
Beau muttered under his breath, “I am the Fishers‘ heir! My mom has to be the most outstanding woman in de world!”
Elara’s gaze remained steady as she looked at him. To her, the child standing before her was nothing more than a familiar stranget.
“Even a dog wouldn’t care whether its owner was rich or poor. But Beau, I suppose you do
She turned to Harvey, the coldness in her smile deepening as she said, “And so do you, Harvey
