A few days later, Elara, Finnegan, and Lesley gathered at the top–floor office of Summit Business Plaza.

Elara sat on the three–seater couch, flipping through the information in her hand.
“I need a corporate leader that Abel will fully trust. This person will make him think that selling Joss Tech to this company will bring him immense benefits:”
She had already dug through Abel’s entire social circle. Even if she found someone who could convince Abel, she couldn’t trust them.

“I’m sorry, Mr. Snapp. I don’t want to rely on you for the acquisition of Joss Tech. I want to accomplish it on my Own.”
Theodore laughed and replied, “These days, the world keeps promoting the term ‘independent woman,‘ but I’ve never seen “independent man‘ become a trend up to this paint in my life.
“I am where I am today because I was born with a silver spoon in my mouth. My father gave me my first houseand car. I built my career while standing on the success of the Stapp family, backed by influential figures. Yet no one ever criticizes me for not being an ‘independent man.‘
“Elara, don’t ever feel guilty about accepting a man’s help. Men control over 80% of the world’s power and wealth. If you want to climb higher, go further, and live more freely and comfortably, then take full advantage of the benefits men can offer you. One can achieve great success more easily by taking advantage of favorable circumstances.”
His eyes were clear and filled with a gentle warmth. He understood the rules of the world yet harbored nothing but kindness and indulgence toward her.
