Harvey felt as if he were on a battlefield, surrounded by invisible smoke and chaos. While Finnegan’s deep eyes gleamed like a beast’s, radiating menace.
The air in the elevator froze instantly.
Finnegan growled, “Put Elara down!”
He then blocked the elevator door, and Harvey knew there was no way out. So, he set Elara down
Elara clutched her chest, feeling nauseous. She wanted to vemit on Harvey, but the bile surged back down her throat. Finnegan reached out and pulled Elara behind him.
“Harvey Fisher, do you not know when you’re not welcomed?”
Finnegan silently repeated to himself several times that murder was illegal, barely suppressing the urge to crush Harvey’s skull.
However, Harvey showed no intention of leaving. He handed the brown envelope to Finnegan as he said, “Take a look.”
Finnegan frowned, unwilling to accept anything from Harvey.
Elara spoke up, “Do you really think a urology record can affect my partnership with Theodore? Are you that naive?”
Harvey’s sharp instincts picked up on something. He immediately asked, “You’re not really dating Theodore, are you? You two are not in a relationship!”
Elara remained silent, and Harvey pressed further, “If you really liked him, how could you not care about him seeing a urologist?”
Elara’s expression turned icy. They were divorced now, and she had no intention of giving Harvey any kindness or patience.
But if Harvey spread the news that she and Theodore were in a contractual relationship, it could negatively impact the acquisition.
“You truly are despicable for invading someone’s privacy! But then again, you’ve always been this disgusting! “Since you saw him at the urologist, I’ll be honest with you. We were just having too much fun, and that’s why he got hurt and had to see a urologist.”
A loud buzz echoed in Harvey’s head, as if a speaker had exploded next to his ear. His eyes widened in disbelief as he stared at Elara.
“What did you say? What were you and Theodore doing?”
Elara stared directly into Harvey’s unfocused, dark eyes. “What else would a couple be doing? Why are you acting so innocent in front of me?”
Elara stepped out of the elevator and said to Finnegan, “Gather some people and throw Harvey out! From now on, he’s not allowed to set foot in Joss Tech or Jones Group again!”
Elara issued the order, but Harvey remained standing in the elevator, unmoving-
“Theodore has a urology appointment today. Do you dare due to the hospital with me and ask the doctor directly what’s causing Theodore’s dysfunction?”

Elara sneered. “Why do you care more about Theodore’s performance than I do? Harvey, do you have a crush on him?
“Let’s go to the hospital,” Finnegan spoke up, surprising Elara.
“Finn, why…”
Finnegan pulled Theodore’s medical records from the envelope. After glancing through them, he said to Elara, “I trust you
wouldn’t act recklessly, Elara. You don’t need to cover for Theodore or take responsibility for his mistakes.
“If he suddenly went to the urologist, something must have happened. If there’s really something wrong Theodore’s health… You need to seriously consider whether you should continue this relationship.”
Elara opened her mouth, unsure how to respond to Finnegan in front of Harvey.

Harvey stepped out of the elevator. “Let’s go. If we head to the hospital now, we might just run into Theodore at the urology department.”
Elara pressed her lips together. With Finnegan walking beside her, she couldn’t call Theodore.
She wasn’t sure why Theodore had suddenly gone to the urologist, but his private matters shouldn’t be exposed like this.
Elara and Finnegan sat in the car while Harvey drove them to the hospital. When the black Maybach arrived at the hospital’s underground parking lot, Harvey saw Theodore stepping out of the elevator.
Harvey got out of the car and walked toward Theodore, He stopped about 15 feet away, as if waiting for Theodore to come to him.
With one hand in his pocket, Harvey asked with a mix of arrogance and disdain, “What did the urologist say? Are you still… functional?”
