Chapter 9
I glanced at Rebecca, who was covered in cold sweat, and sneered in my heart. How could she change homeroom teachers? I wondered how she would treat me in the future, as well as Reed and Keira. I was eagerly waiting to see.
Rebecca raised her head in fright, her face pale as a sheet. However, she didn’t say anything because at this point, it would be a miracle if she could keep this job! She felt immense regret, realizing that she had made a grave mistake!
“But I also understand that, while taking care of so many students, Rebecca must have overlooked some things,” I explained on behalf of Rebecca.
Rebecca probably hates Reed now, but I can’t let the principal replace her! The things she did didn’t require my dad’s intervention at all, and it was only a matter of time before they backfired and led to her downfall.
Rebecca joyfully lifted her head. “Yes, yes, I will definitely take good care of Ms. Fuller in the future! Sir Fuller, rest assured!”
My father looked at her with distrust, seeing my determination, intending to strike her on my behalf.
“Was Rebecca usually not satisfied with my daughter?”
Rebecca looked at the principal in a panic, who was attentively pouring tea for my dad.
Rebecca broke out in a cold sweat, “I.., I… I certainly did not, why would Sir Fuller say such a thing?”
“So, how come I heard that she couldn’t become the representative of the outstanding students even though she ranked first in her grade? Was that spot given to… oh, Reed? Who is that? Is Reed a relative of Rebecca? If that’s the case…”
“No, no, no, you’ve misunderstood!” Rebecca explained in a panic. “I had no connection with him, I was just… feeling sorry for him, yes, feeling sorry for him!”
“Rebecca!” Austin interrupted her sternly. “Didn’t you say Reed was an excellent student? How did he suddenly become pitiful? There are many pitiful people, does that mean they can all be outstanding representatives?”
Rebecca broke out in a cold sweat when she heard that Caleb was coming today. She had been so happy, imagining herself taking such good care of his son that she would surely be promoted to a director. But now, it was all ruined. It was all because of that Reed! If it wasn’t for him implying that he was the heir to the Fuller family, she wouldn’t have ended up shooting herself in the foot while trying to flatter him!
Rebecca trembled with fear, carefully forcing a smile, and said that she would never make such a mistake again.
The principal saw that the situation was almost ready, so he came out to mediate. After all, Rebecca’s teaching level is evident to all, and it seems that he didn’t intend to change the teacher based on our expressions.
“Caleb, I apologize for what Rebecca has done. If you don’t like her, we can let her go as soon as Bella graduates. Look, the children have already adapted, and changing teachers midway would have a significant impact on the class!”
Rebecca looked at my dad eagerly.
“What do you say, Bella?”
“Just do as Austin said!”
Rebecca gratefully looked at me.
My dad agreed and he hired a driver to unload the things from the car.
Rebecca’s eyes went wide when she saw the limited edition gift box.
Originally, Bella said that Rebecca often carried luxury brand handbags, so she was thinking of bringing two for Rebecca this time. However, what just happened…
Rebecca couldn’t bear to look at those two bags. She didn’t have the face to accept them now!
“Sir Fuller, you were too kind. I will not take the bag…”
My father waved his hand, and the driver took the two bags back. Rebecca was so angry that she could have bitten her teeth to pieces! She probably cursed Reed a thousand times in her heart.
“The remaining ones are some small gifts for Bella’s classmates. Later, I will have Gordon Wellston take them over. Could you please give them to him, Rebecca?”
“Oh, by the way, there were also some unfriendly classmates…”
“I scolded! I scolded them! This time, I definitely won’t give it to them!” Chapter 9

“Gordon, come along!”
“Yes, Chairman!”
My dad originally wanted to go to the classroom with us to distribute gifts, but on the way, he received a call from the company, so he left the secretary and went back to the company with the driver.
