“There’s definitely involved, but it’s not me,” I said with a smirk as we reached
the door to room 701.
I nodded at the staff member, and she swiped the key card. With a soft beep, the door unlocked.
“Ah! Who’s there?” The room fell silent for a moment before Blair’s voice broke the quiet.
Liam froze with his eyes widening in shock. “Blair? What are you doing here?”
He stepped toward her, but Blair, wrapped only in a towel, quickly blocked his way.
Flustered, she stammered, “What are you doing? I’m in the middle of a shower.”
Liam glanced inside the room. “Why are you even in a hotel room?”
I leaned casually against the doorframe. “Liam, does this scene really need any more explanation?”
Blair shot me a furious look and tried to shut the door. “There was a conference at the hotel today. I just came up here after it ended. Let me get dressed.”
But I quickly stopped her and pulled out my phone. “Forget it, words don’t prove anything. You should see for yourself.”
I played the video on my phone. It was footage we had gotten from the hospital, but this time it took place in Mr. Zimmer’s office.
“Sweetheart, you’re amazing. This department head position is yours for sure,” Mr. Zimmer said.
Blair, with her clothes disheveled, leaned against Mr. Zimmer’s chest, tracing circles on it with her finger. “Stop it, you’re still impressive for your age,” she teased.
Mr. Zimmer smirked, caressing Blair’s face with a lecherous grin. “You’ve put in plenty of effort too. You’ve been with Liam for a few years now, right? You don’t think I’m too old for you, do you?”
Blair playfully slapped his shoulder, pouting. “Why would you say that? You’re not even getting divorced, so I have to look out for myself.
“And besides, Liam’s broke. Staying with him has been nothing but misery. He can’t even afford a decent hotel room!”
The conversation grew more vulgar, and I could see Liam’s entire body trembling as I turned off the video.
“Liam, you’re a monster, but who knew someone could be even more vicious than you?

elief and his voice was shaking, “Blair tel
Liam stared at Blair. His face was filled with disbelief and his voice was shaking. “Blair, tell me this isn’t true.”
Blair’s eyes darted around, still trying to come up with an excuse despite the overwhelming evidence.
Together with the staff member, I pushed past Blair and entered the room.
Mr. Zimmer was in the middle of hurriedly putting on his pants. “Let me explain, this is all a misunderstanding! You’re invading my privacy.”
Sweating profusely, he fumbled to pull up his pants, not realizing they were on backward.
Seeing this, Liam could no longer deceive himself. With a furious roar, he slapped Blair to
the ground and stormed into the room, stepping over her. He unleashed punch after punch the ground and stormed into the room, ste on Mr. Zimmer’s face.
“Stop! Please, stop!” Blair scrambled to her feet despite the pain and tried to pull Liam off. Liam’s eyes were bloodshot and completely consumed by rage. Without a second thought, he shoved Blair hard, sending her crashing into the corner of the room.
As Mr. Zimmer’s screams of pain faded into silence, Blair snapped and lunged at me. This is all your fault, you wretched woman! You’re the reason why Sophia can’t get her heart transplant!”
I sneered as my people, already waiting nearby, grabbed her and pinned her down. I crouched beside her, lightly tapping her face with my phone.
“My fault? You seduced Liam and tried to kill me and my child. You’re the one who deserves to be called a wretch.
“Scum like you and Liam deserve to rot together. The only thing I’m thankful for is that you showed me Liam’s true colors.”

With that, I stood and walked out, leaving Blair behind in the room. She was screaming and cursing at the top of her lungs.
